History
Ramblers' Rest was my permanent home for over ten years. I had intended to stay for only a couple of years, but fell in love with Hayfield village and the cottage in particular. When I bought it, the seller told me that the house had really good vibes and that he was sure I would be happy there. I took this with a pinch of salt as I thought it was just his sales' patter but now I believe him.
When I moved to a slightly larger home in Hayfield I was extremely sad to leave Ramblers' Rest and have found it impossible to part with it. Hence, it is now a self-catering holiday home.
I hope my guests will all have happy times there.
